- Base salary range: $100,524 – $111,534 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The University Transformation and Improvement Team plays a pivotal role in advancing the institution's commitment to excellence, quality enhancement, transformation and ongoing continuous improvement. This team is responsible for process, project and quality improvement initiatives across the University and oversees University-wide service quality and process improvement initiatives that enhance the University's overall service outcomes and performance.
About the opportunity
- Lead projects to improve timetabling and recognition of prior learning processes across the whole University.
- Work with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior leaders, academics, professional staff and students.
- Use your analytical mind and persistence to define current challenges and identify potential solutions. You will facilitate workshops, conduct research, analyse data and provide recommendations and implementation plans.
About you
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on understanding the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team.
