About the opportunity
- You will contribute towards a comprehensive consultancy service, advising managers on common to complex people management issues including interpretation of industrial legislation, awards and agreements, policies, and procedures, providing advice and coaching to managers on employee and industrial relations matters.
- Contribute towards the research and development of employee and industrial relations policies and procedures and related resources.
- Work collaboratively with Human Resource Business Partners to ensure integrated service provision.
About you
- Work collaboratively with Human Resource Business Partners to ensure integrated service provision.
- Substantial relevant experience in the provision of consultancy and advisory services to staff at all levels of the organisation with regards to the application of industrial and/or employee relations or related frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage industrial and/or employee matters, contribute to developing strategies and solutions including the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage a range of different tasks,
- Experience in industrial relations and/or employee relations within the Higher Education framework is desirable.
Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate.
